DEAFORMA VIDRIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF PRODUCTS.
This consumer sales contract , hereinafter " LOMBRA SA DE CV" , will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, which will be perfected once the price of the merchandise has been covered, accepted and recognized by the payment systems of LOMBRA SA DE CV , and once the payment has been verified, the delivery of the products selected and paid for by the consumer will be made to the address indicated by the consumer.
- CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS.
Consumers may only purchase products that are available for sale and whose details appear in the LOMBRA SA DE CV online store , as well as products that can be delivered within the territory of the Republic of Mexico by a courier company.
The prices and general information for the products sold are available on this same page, within the online store section.
To make a purchase, the consumer must select the product(s) they wish to purchase from the online store and complete the corresponding form. During the purchasing process, they will be asked to provide some personal information.

III. PAYMENT METHODS.
1.- Online payment with credit or debit card
2.- Bank transfer (contact an advisor through our chat, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp).
For example:
Consumers can pay with their credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Your credit card will be charged once the purchase of the products has been authorized by the processing company and prior to delivery.
Payment by credit and/or debit card is completely secure. The entire transaction is encrypted through a bank validation server, and your bank card details are instantly encrypted on your computer.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS.
The purchase and sale may only be made by persons who are 18 years of age or older. Therefore, persons under 18 years of age may not make a purchase and sale except through their parent or legal guardian, or whoever holds parental authority, guardianship, and custody.
- PAYMENT TRANSACTION AND ORDER RESERVATION.
Confirmation of payment by card may take up to three business days. This is the time during which the selected merchandise will be reserved for the consumer and shipped once payment is confirmed. Otherwise, the merchandise will be returned to inventory and put back on sale to the general public.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS.
1.- We received the purchase notification
2.- Remove from inventory and pack securely
3.- Fill out the shipping form
4.- National shipments: Before 12:00 noon the package is sent the same day, after this time it is sent the next day.
5.- Local Shipments (ZMG)
It can vary, depending on the shipping method you selected.
Example:
- LOMBRA SA DE CV will send the consumer a first email confirming receipt of the order for products ("Confirmed Order"), which does not constitute automatic acceptance of the order by LOMBRA SA DE CV , but will not constitute authorization for payment.
- LOMBRA SA DE CV will send the consumer a second email once payment for the total amount of their product order has been approved. ("Payment Confirmation").
- The consumer will receive a third email confirming that the products they ordered have been sent (“Order Sent”).
VII. DELIVERY OF PRODUCT.
- LOMBRA SA DE CV will deliver the order to the address indicated by the consumer, which must be located within the Mexican Republic.
- Once the consumer receives the "Order Sent" email, the courier company will deliver their order within the timeframes established in these terms and conditions. The courier company will make three delivery attempts .
- If the consumer wishes to track the shipment of their order, they can do so using the tracking number provided in the "Order Sent" email.
- Deliveries will be made only at the times and on business days indicated by the provider of this delivery service, through the courier company.

Due to the commercial nature of LOMBRA SA DE CV and the type of products sold, which include ceramic, crystal, glass, or similar items, these items will be fully protected to safeguard the condition of the products purchased by the consumer, and proof of this will be sent at the time of shipment.
However, LOMBRA SA DE CV does not have direct shipping services and this service is done through a third party which is the courier company, so LOMBRA SA DE CV is not responsible for the handling of the product that the courier company will give you, so if the product suffers any damage during shipping, LOMBRA SA DE CV will not be responsible for it and no return or refund may be requested. - All deliveries will be accompanied by an acknowledgment of receipt, as well as proof of the product's condition upon shipment. Delivery times will be between 5 and 7 business days, starting from the time the consumer receives the "Order Shipped" email.
- In the event that the consumer does not receive delivery of their order within the period mentioned in the previous section, they must contact the Customer Service area by dialing the telephone number 36 0273 05, in order to verify the status of their order, for which they will be asked to provide the order number of their order so that the Customer Service area can notify them of the delivery status.
- LOMBRA SA DE CV will not be directly responsible if the delivery period of 5 to 7 business days is not met when the failure to meet the delivery deadline is due to circumstances of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, or if the consumer cannot be located at their home. However, it will assist the consumer in jointly tracking the shipment with the courier company.
VIII. TERMINATION OF SALE.
- Any breach of this contract, whether by LOMBRA SA DE CV or the consumer, will be considered a condition of termination for the contract's validity. Only after such breach has become an uncured breach by LOMBRA SA DE CV , and if the consumer does not accept the remedy, may this contract be automatically terminated at the consumer's discretion, without the need for prior court order and without any liability.
- LOMBRA SA DE CV establishes that since the products offered through the online store are for sale to the consumer as the final recipient, the consumer may not purchase them for the purpose of reselling and/or marketing them for profit, so in the event that it detects this conduct on the part of the consumer, LOMBRA SA DE CV may proceed in accordance with the legal actions available to it.
- If the credit or debit card processing company does not authorize payment of the purchase price because the card was reported as fraudulent and/or stolen, or because the cardholder lacks the necessary credit to purchase the products, the purchase will not be processed. This situation will be communicated to the consumer via email, stating the reason.
- IX . APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION .
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without reference to its conflict of law provisions. The Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor) is administratively competent to resolve disputes arising from the performance of this contract under the terms and cases provided for by the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
- These Terms and Conditions may be modified by updating this publication and subject to registration and authorization by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.
- LOMBRA SA DE CV may terminate this contract early, in accordance with the provisions of section “ VIII . Reasons for termination of sale” without liability and without the need for a prior judicial resolution.
